Since 2026, every pilgrim needs a permit issued through the Saudi Nusuk platform to enter Masjid al-Haram, and a Nusuk account is now required for the Umrah visa itself. Most first-time pilgrims from Pakistan have never heard of this, and it trips up travellers who book with operators who don't manage it. It is not optional. Arrive without a valid Nusuk permit and you can be turned away at the gate. How long does Umrah visa processing take?
Once we have your passport and documents, the Umrah visa is typically issued in 5–7 working days. We recommend starting at least 3–4 weeks before your intended travel date so there is comfortable margin.
What happens if my visa is rejected?
If a visa is rejected, we refund what you paid minus any non-refundable government and processing charges already incurred, and we advise you on re-applying where possible. We tell you the reason and the options in writing.
What are your refund and cancellation terms?
Cancellation refunds depend on how far ahead of departure you cancel: the earlier the notice, the higher the refund. Non-refundable airline and hotel components are always deducted. All terms are given to you in writing before any payment.
What is the payment schedule?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your seats and hotels. Payments are made to the registered company account only, never to a personal account.
Can women travel without a mahram?
Saudi rules for women performing Umrah without a mahram change from time to time and can depend on your age. Message us and we'll confirm exactly what applies to your case.
What is the baggage allowance?
Your baggage allowance is as per the airline's policy for your flight. Excess baggage is charged by the airline at the airport and is not included in the package.
What should I pack?
Ihram for men, modest clothing, comfortable walking footwear, unscented toiletries, any regular medication, and copies of your documents. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the full packing checklist.
Are departures in a group, or can I go on private dates?
We run both: fixed-date group departures and private/family bookings on dates that suit you. Message us for the next available departures and we'll quote accordingly.
